Uses:Widely used in the starch sugar industry for the production of glucose, maltose, dextrin and fructose syrup. It is also applied to starch liquefaction and adjunct saccharification in alcohol and beer brewing. In MSG production, it is used for starch liquefaction, and it is also applied in textile desizing and paper pulp treatment to effectively decompose starch sizes and improve process efficiency.
