Its aqueous solution exhibits thickening, suspending, emulsifying, film-forming, and binding properties, with good salt tolerance and stability. The pH of a 1% aqueous solution is approximately 6.0-8.5.
Uses:Mainly used as a thickener, binder, film former, and stabilizer. It is widely applied in synthetic detergents, cosmetics, coatings, oilfield drilling fluids, building materials, and textile printing and dyeing, effectively improving the rheological properties and water retention of systems.
