Good hydrophilicity, similar performance to Tween 80, with unique emulsifying and stabilizing effect under acidic conditions at 120℃.
Uses:Mainly used as an emulsifier and stabilizer in lactic acid bacteria beverages, vegetable protein beverages, ice cream, popsicles, chips, fried snacks, and the starch and seasonings used for fried snacks, with a maximum usage level of 10g/kg. Also widely applied in food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, feed, and industrial manufacturing fields.
