Physical Properties:Fine bead-like solid, melting point approximately 58°C. It exhibits excellent thermal stability, withstanding temperatures up to about 400°C. Volatile content is less than 0.02%. It is stable, environmentally friendly, and does not affect the transparency of products. Insoluble in water, soluble in hot organic solvents.
Uses:Mainly used in high-temperature engineering plastics such as PA9T, PA6T, PA46, PA12, PPA and PPS, added by direct blending at 0.2%~1.5%. As a nylon flow agent, it improves the rheological properties of plastics, reduces processing temperature, imparts high fluidity and slip effect, resulting in better plasticization and higher gloss. It is also suitable for various thermoplastic resins and high-temperature transparent plastics.
