Physical Properties:Light yellow powder, melting point ≥104.0°C, relative density 1.30, easily soluble in benzene, dichloromethane, carbon tetrachloride, ethyl acetate, acetone, slightly soluble in ethanol and ether, insoluble in water. Heating loss ≤0.40%, ash content ≤0.30%, residue on 150-mesh sieve ≤0.10%.

Uses:It is a delayed-action accelerator for natural rubber, cis-polybutadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and reclaimed rubber, especially suitable for carbon black compounds with strong alkalinity. Safe at processing temperatures, with strong scorch resistance, fast curing speed and high modulus, it can increase the proportion of synthetic rubber used. Low toxicity and high efficiency, it is an ideal substitute for NOBS and is known as a standard accelerator. Widely used in the production of radial tires. It can be used together with aldehyde-amine, guanidine and thiuram accelerators, and forms a good curing system with anti-scorching agent PVI. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, rubber shoes, rubber hoses, rubber belts and cables.
