Physical Properties:Light yellow granular or bead-like opaque resin, non-toxic, odorless, with low water absorption. It has good comprehensive physical and mechanical properties, such as excellent electrical properties, wear resistance, dimensional stability, chemical resistance and surface gloss, and is easy to process and mold. Its disadvantages are poor weather resistance and heat resistance, and it is flammable. This grade has high fluidity and excellent flame retardancy, reaching UL94 V-0 at 1/16 inch thickness and 5VA at 1/10 inch thickness.
Uses:ABS 765 is mainly used in electronics, electrical appliances, power tools and household appliances. ABS resin is an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, a general-purpose resin. After modification, it has excellent mechanical strength, toughness and flame retardancy, and is widely used in building materials, automotive and electronics industries, such as TV sets and office automation equipment housings. In the automotive industry, it is mainly used for parts manufacturing.
