- 不透明象牙色粒料，无毒无味，吸水率低，制品可着成各种颜色，并具有90%的高光泽度。熔体粘度较高，流动性差，耐候性较差，紫外线可使变色；热变形温度为70-107℃（约85℃），制品经退火处理后还可提高约10℃。对温度和剪切速率敏感；在-40℃时仍能表现出一定韧性，可在-40℃至85℃温度范围内长期使用。电绝缘性较好，几乎不受温度、湿度和频率的影响。氧指数为18.2，属易燃聚合物，火焰呈黄色，有黑烟，烧焦但不滴落，并发出特殊肉桂味。耐水、无机盐、碱和酸类，不溶于大部分醇类和烃类溶剂，易溶于醛、酮、酯和部分氯代烃。力学性能受温度影响较大，弯曲强度和压缩强度较差，但耐磨性能优良，尺寸稳定性好。

Physical Properties:Opaque ivory-colored pellets, non-toxic, odorless, low water absorption, can be colored in various shades, with 90% high gloss. High melt viscosity and poor flowability; poor weather resistance, UV can cause discoloration. Heat deflection temperature is 70-107°C (about 85°C), which can be improved by about 10°C after annealing. Sensitive to temperature and shear rate; retains certain toughness at -40°C and can be used long-term in the range of -40°C to 85°C. Good electrical insulation, almost unaffected by temperature, humidity, and frequency. Oxygen index is 18.2, classified as flammable polymer; flame is yellow with black smoke, burns without dripping, and emits a characteristic cinnamon odor. Resistant to water, inorganic salts, alkalis, and acids; insoluble in most alcohols and hydrocarbon solvents, but readily soluble in aldehydes, ketones, esters, and some chlorinated hydrocarbons. Mechanical properties are significantly affected by temperature; flexural and compressive strengths are relatively poor, but wear resistance is excellent and dimensional stability is good.
Uses:Widely used in electrical/electronic fields, household appliances, automotive parts (dashboards, tool compartment doors, wheel covers, mirror housings, etc.), refrigerators, high-strength tools (hair dryers, blenders, food processors, lawn mowers, etc.), equipment housings, typewriter keyboards, recreational vehicles (golf carts, jet sleds), and more. As a major modified plastic, it is available in high-impact, high-heat-resistant, flame-retardant, reinforced, and transparent grades.
