- ABS树脂为浅黄色或乳白色粒料，是非结晶性热塑性树脂。兼具韧、硬、刚相均衡的优良力学性能，具有极好的低温抗冲击性能、尺寸稳定性和耐磨性。无毒、不透水、吸水率低，室温浸水一年吸水率不超过1%。耐水、无机盐、碱和酸类，不溶于大部分醇类和烃类溶剂，易溶于醛、酮、酯和某些氯代烃，但不耐硫酸腐蚀。热变形温度较低，可燃，耐候性较差。熔融温度217~237℃，热分解温度250℃以上。

Physical Properties:ABS resin is a non-crystalline thermoplastic resin supplied as light yellow or milky white pellets. It combines balanced mechanical properties of toughness, hardness and rigidity, with excellent low-temperature impact resistance, dimensional stability and wear resistance. It is non-toxic, impermeable to water, and has low water absorption, with water absorption not exceeding 1% after one year of immersion at room temperature. It is resistant to water, inorganic salts, alkalis and acids, insoluble in most alcohols and hydrocarbon solvents, readily soluble in aldehydes, ketones, esters and certain chlorinated hydrocarbons, but not resistant to sulfuric acid corrosion. It has a relatively low heat deflection temperature, is flammable, and has poor weather resistance. Melting temperature is 217~237°C, thermal decomposition temperature above 250°C.
Uses:ABS resin is widely used in machinery, automotive, electronics, electrical appliances, instrumentation, textile, construction and other industrial fields. It is a versatile thermoplastic engineering plastic, suitable for manufacturing gears, housings, pipes, home appliance parts and automotive interior components.
