Physical Properties:ABS TX-0520 is an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer resin. It is supplied as light yellow or milky-white pellets with a density of about 1.04–1.06 g/cm³ and low water absorption. It offers outstanding impact resistance, rigidity, surface hardness, heat resistance, wear resistance, dimensional stability and electrical insulation, together with high surface gloss, good melt flowability and excellent chemical resistance.
Uses:It is mainly used for injection molding of automotive parts, home appliance parts and electronic/electrical components. It is also suitable for sheets, profiles, thin-wall products, power tool accessories, lighting fixtures, sports equipment, medical-grade parts, wire and cable applications and bottle caps.
