Physical Properties:ABS XR-409H is a heat-resistant grade ABS resin with a density of 1.05 g/cm³ and a mold shrinkage of 0.4-0.7%. It has high heat deflection temperature and Vicat softening point, above 107°C (18.5 kg/cm², unannealed) and 135°C (1 kg, 120°C/h) respectively. It exhibits excellent mechanical strength: tensile strength 44 MPa, flexural strength 75 MPa, and IZOD notched impact strength 127 J/m at 23°C. Flammability rating is UL94 HB, with moderate processing fluidity.
Uses:Suitable for injection molding products requiring high heat resistance, such as automotive interior parts, dashboards, home appliance housings, and electronic device enclosures.
