Physical Properties:White spherical beads with good hydrophilicity, stable in aqueous solutions and common buffers. The pH stability range is 2-10, with good chemical stability and resistance to microorganism growth. It has mild gel filtration characteristics, suitable for separating molecules of different sizes and for carbohydrate filtration.
Uses:Used for pretreatment, separation, and purification of macromolecules such as polysaccharides, proteins, and nucleic acids. It is also suitable for desalting, buffer exchange, and removal of small-molecule impurities, especially for gentle separation of sensitive biomacromolecules.
