Physical Properties:This is an injection-molding grade pellet based on polyamide 6 reinforced with 30% glass beads, natural or light yellow in color. It has a density of approximately 1.34 g/cm³, a melting point of about 215–225°C, and moderate water absorption. It exhibits high rigidity, good dimensional stability, low warpage, and good resistance to most solvents, mineral oils, and weak alkalis. It is insoluble in common organic solvents and soluble in strong polar solvents such as formic acid.
Uses:Mainly used for injection molding of automotive components, electrical/electronic housings, mechanical structural parts, and precision instrument parts. The 30% glass bead reinforcement effectively reduces shrinkage and warpage, making it suitable for thin-walled or complex parts requiring high dimensional accuracy, and can also replace some metal components.
