- 高结晶度的热塑性工程塑料，具有良好的物理、机械和化学性能，尤其具有优异的耐摩擦性能。熔点明显，一旦达到熔点，熔体粘度迅速下降。具有较好的综合性能，在热塑性塑料中较为坚硬，力学性能接近金属，抗张强度、弯曲强度、耐疲劳强度、耐磨性和电性能优良，可在-40℃至100℃之间长期使用。作为共聚甲醛，热稳定性好，不易分解，加工温度范围宽（约50℃），但耐强酸腐蚀性差、耐候性差、粘合性差，极限氧指数较低。

Physical Properties:A highly crystalline thermoplastic engineering plastic with good physical, mechanical and chemical properties, especially excellent friction resistance. It has a distinct melting point; once the melting point is reached, the melt viscosity drops rapidly. It offers good overall performance, being one of the stiffest thermoplastics, with mechanical properties closest to metals among plastic materials. Its tensile strength, flexural strength, fatigue resistance, wear resistance and electrical properties are excellent, and it can be used long-term between -40°C and 100°C. As a copolymer acetal, it has good thermal stability, is not easily decomposed, and has a wide processing temperature range (about 50°C); however, it has poor resistance to strong acids, poor weatherability, poor adhesion, and a relatively low limiting oxygen index.
Uses:Widely used in the automotive industry, electrical/electronic appliances, mechanical equipment and other fields, for making faucets, window frames, washbasins and similar products. This grade is a high-flow injection molding grade suitable for molding thin-walled, complex precision parts.
