Physical Properties:With a density of approximately 0.93–0.94 g/cm³ and a melting point of about 130–136 °C, it exhibits excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, self-lubrication and low-temperature performance. It has a low friction coefficient, non-stick and scale-resistant surface, and extremely low water absorption.
Uses:Applied in the mining industry for ore powder conveying, slurry conveying and tailings discharge; in the coal industry for water supply and drainage pipelines, ventilation and gas drainage pipelines, shotcreting or water injection sand pipelines; and in the power industry for coal powder, fly ash, coal-water slurry conveying, circulating water pipelines, chemical water pipelines, flue gas and ash discharge pipelines.
Technical Specifications:
Molecular weight above 2.5 million with uniform molecular distribution, and no scrap material is added during production.
Pipe outer diameter specification range: 65–800 mm.
