- 加工前应保证树脂湿度在0.1%以下；若暴露于空气中储存，建议在85°C热空气中干燥4~5小时；若为密闭容器储存，经3小时温度平衡后即可直接使用。 熔融温度为240~300°C；普通特性材料不得超过310°C，阻燃特性材料不得超过270°C。

Physical Properties:This product appears as milky white or slightly yellow translucent pellets, with a density of approx. 1.14 g/cm³ and melting point of approx. 255–265°C. It has strong water absorption, with equilibrium water absorption in air about 2.5%–3.5%. It offers high mechanical strength, good wear resistance, self-lubrication, impact resistance and dimensional stability. It is resistant to solvents, oils, weak acids and alkalis, but is not resistant to strong acids and oxidants.
Uses:Used to manufacture industrial parts such as water meters, commercial equipment housings, cable sheaths, mechanical cams, sliding mechanisms and bearings. It is also widely used in automotive, electronic/electrical and machinery industries for gears, pulleys, fan blades, pipe fittings and wear-resistant structural components.
Technical Specifications:
Before processing, the resin moisture content must be kept below 0.1%. If stored in open air, dry in hot air at 85°C for 4–5 hours; if stored in closed containers, allow 3 hours for temperature equilibration before direct use.
Melt temperature: 240–300°C; do not exceed 310°C for general-grade materials and do not exceed 270°C for flame-retardant grades.
Barrel temperature: feed zone 230–240°C, middle zone 255–265°C, discharge zone 265–275°C, nozzle 295–300°C.
Mold temperature: 60–80°C; high injection speed will improve molding quality.
Injection pressure: 80–110 MPa; molding cycle: 20–25 seconds.
