Density is about 1.15 g/cm³, melt flow rate is about 15 g/10min (260°C/5kg), good flowability suitable for extrusion and injection molding. It has excellent flame retardancy and passes DIN VDE 0472 Part 815 test, suitable for wire and cable applications. Heat deflection temperature is about 100°C, high rigidity, and general chemical resistance.
Uses:Suitable for insulation and jacketing of wire and cable, as well as housing parts of electronic and electrical equipment. It can be processed by extrusion blow molding, profile extrusion and injection molding, meeting the molding requirements of complex structural parts. It has excellent flame retardant properties and complies with DIN VDE 0472 standard, suitable for applications with high safety requirements.
