Physical Properties:The product consists of a tapered glass tube expanding upward and a float. When fluid flows upward through the tapered tube, the float rises until the sum of the dynamic lift and buoyancy equals its gravity, and the scale on the tube indicates the flow rate. It can be equipped with one or two alarm switches for high/low limit alarms. Wetted parts are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, agate, fluoroplastic, polypropylene, brass, or cast iron (lined with polypropylene/fluoroplastic or coated with anti-corrosion paint), with NBR or FKM seals.
Uses:It is used in chemical, petroleum, light industry, pharmaceutical, environmental protection, food, metrology & testing, and scientific research sectors to measure the flow of single-phase non-pulsating liquids or gases. The alarm switch type can provide high/low limit flow alarms. The corrosion-resistant type can measure acids (except hydrofluoric acid), alkalis, oxidants, and other corrosive gases or liquids, and is suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, papermaking, and wastewater treatment industries.

Nominal diameter range DN4~DN150; DN4~DN10 use hose connection with needle flow control valve, DN15~DN150 use flange connection per GB/T9119-2000, with nominal pressure PN0.6~1.0MPa.

LZB/LZB-F models have a smooth tapered tube inner wall, and the float is guided by a rod for DN15 and above; LZJ/LZJ-F models have three guide ribs on the inner wall to keep the float stable.
