Physical Properties:A composite engineering plastic prepared with polyphenylene sulfide as the base resin and conductive carbon black, carbon fiber, graphite and other conductive fillers. It appears as black particles or powder, and offers excellent electrical conductivity, high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and flame-retardant self-extinguishing properties, with a long-term service temperature above 200°C, high mechanical strength, good dimensional stability and extremely low water absorption. The density is approximately 1.35~1.90 g/cm³ (depending on the formulation), melting point is ≥280°C, and surface resistivity reaches 10¹~10⁵ Ω/sq.
Uses:Widely used in military industry, aerospace components, automotive parts, medical devices and dust-proof packaging applications. Suitable for manufacturing electronic appliance housings, integrated circuit trays, chip trays, communications equipment, integrated circuit component carriers, mine equipment, anti-static products for fireworks and other items, as well as thermal insulation carbon felt, films, conductive gears, bearings, wires, sheets, plates, pipes and rods. It is also used in electrostatic discharge and electromagnetic interference shielding systems.
