It features excellent mechanical strength, rigidity and creep resistance, a low friction coefficient, good self-lubrication, excellent wear resistance, low moisture absorption, good dimensional stability, and resistance to organic solvents and many chemicals. The service temperature range is approximately -40°C to 110°C.
Uses:It is mainly used to manufacture mechanical parts such as gears and bearing housings. In the automotive industry, it is used to make shafts, planetary gear washers, radiator water pipe valves, radiator tank caps, water pump impellers, gear housings, carburetor housings and other components, saving copper while improving service life. In the electronics and electrical sector, it is used to produce power-tool housings, switch handles, and parts for equipment such as audio recorders, video recorders, televisions, computers and fax machines.
