Physical Properties:Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) with 40% VA content. Density approx. 0.95 g/cm³; features ultra-high flowability, extreme low-temperature toughness (no brittle fracture at -60°C), and strong adhesion. Melt flow rate: 65 g/10min; brittleness temperature: below -60°C; resistant to seawater, oils/greases, and acids/alkalis; moisture content ≤0.04%. Certified to FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 for food contact; RoHS and REACH compliant.
Uses:Used for low-temperature-resistant insulation and halogen-free flame-retardant sheathing in wires and cables, as well as in inks & coatings, hot-melt adhesives, and food packaging. In inks/coatings, adding 0.5-2% improves rub resistance, gloss, and dispersion. In hot-melt adhesives, it delivers tensile elongation at break >1000% and a 25% increase in bond strength.
