- EVA树脂是乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物，醋酸乙烯（VA）含量一般在5%~40%。与聚乙烯相比，EVA在分子链中引入醋酸乙烯单体，降低了结晶度，提高了柔韧性、抗冲击性、填料相溶性和热密封性能。具有柔软、弹性好、减震、耐化学药品、保温、耐老化、防雾滴等性能，且无毒、不吸水。密闭泡孔结构使其不吸水、防潮、耐水、耐海水、油脂、酸、碱等化学品腐蚀，隔音效果好，耐寒耐晒。

Physical Properties:EVA resin is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, with vinyl acetate (VA) content generally ranging from 5% to 40%. Compared with polyethylene, the introduction of vinyl acetate monomer into the molecular chain reduces crystallinity and improves flexibility, impact resistance, filler compatibility, and heat-sealing performance. It features softness, good elasticity, shock absorption, chemical resistance, thermal insulation, aging resistance, and anti-fogging properties, and is non-toxic and non-water-absorbing. The closed-cell structure provides excellent water resistance, moisture resistance, and resistance to seawater, oils, acids, alkalis, and other chemicals, as well as good sound insulation and resistance to cold and sunlight.
Uses:Widely used in foamed shoe materials (such as soles for athletic shoes, hiking shoes, and slippers), soundproof panels, gymnastics mats, sealing profiles, luggage, printing inks, bottle caps and pads, extruded hoses and rigid pipes, automotive interiors, anti-vibration packaging for electronic products, hot-melt adhesives, wires and cables, and toys.
