Physical Properties:EVA resin features good softness and rubber-like elasticity, maintaining good flexibility at -50°C. It has excellent transparency and surface gloss, good chemical stability, strong aging and ozone resistance, and is non-toxic. It has good miscibility with fillers and excellent coloring and processing performance. Its polarity increases elasticity and tackiness while reducing crystallinity and electrical properties; it is soluble in hydrocarbon solvents and oils.
Uses:Mainly used in foamed shoe materials, functional greenhouse films, packaging films, hot-melt adhesives, wire and cable, and toys. It can be made into films/sheets and laminated products for stretch packaging, heat-shrinkable films, agricultural films, and food packaging, as well as industrial products such as power wire insulation sheathing, household appliance parts, and window sealing materials. Also suitable for sporting goods, toys, cushions, sealing container lids, automotive shock absorbers, fenders, interior/exterior trim, foamed slippers, shoe soles, building materials, and hot-melt adhesives.
