It remains flexible at -40°C, has good electrical insulation and excellent processability without vulcanization. Density approx. 0.87 g/cm³, melt flow index approx. 1.0 g/10min, brittleness temperature below -70°C.
Uses:Used in automotive sealing strips, bumpers, interior trim, etc. It maintains flexibility at -40°C to prevent door water leakage; compared with EPDM, it reduces weight by 15% and processing cost by 10% (no secondary vulcanization). Also applied in wire and cable, photovoltaic industry, medical devices and other fields.
