Physical Properties:This instrument adopts the laser diffraction principle and features an integrated wet/dry design with a measurement range of 0.1 μm to 600 μm. After switching between dry and wet modes, the main detector can automatically move to the focal plane for three-dimensional optical path calibration. It is equipped with a bubble-free design and misoperation self-protection function, and has a unique micro-circulation system that allows circulation testing with a dispersion medium greater than 150 mL. The pipes and circulation pump are designed to prevent liquid residue. Dry-mode feeding speed can be controlled remotely via computer. An optional strong anti-corrosion design (acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, oil-resistant, and organic solvent-resistant) is available.
Uses:It is suitable for particle size measurement of various non-metallic powders (such as ground calcium carbonate, light calcium carbonate, talc, kaolin, graphite, wollastonite, bentonite, diatomite, silica, zirconia, etc.), metal powders (such as aluminum, zinc, molybdenum, tungsten, magnesium, copper and alloy powders), and other powders (such as lithium battery materials, catalysts, phosphors, cement, coatings, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, food, ceramic raw materials, nanomaterials, etc.). It can also be used for particle size analysis of emulsions and other dispersed systems.
