It is superparamagnetic and can be rapidly sedimented under an external magnetic field. The particle size ranges from 30-150 μm with a concentration of 10% (v/v). Heparin molecules are stably bound to the microsphere surface with low non-specific adsorption and good dispersibility in common buffers.
Uses:This product is specifically designed for heparin affinity purification, efficiently isolating heparin-binding proteins such as antithrombin III, coagulation factors, and growth factors. It is also suitable for enrichment and isolation of exosomes, viruses, and lipoproteins, and can be applied in biopolymer purification and drug screening research.
