Physical Properties:The inner liner is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE, F4) with a pure white appearance; usable temperature range -200~+250℃ and retains performance at -196℃; resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, aqua regia and various organic solvents; ultra-low metal element blank values (lead <10⁻¹¹ g/ml, uranium <10⁻¹² g/ml); friction coefficient as low as 0.04, non-sticking to any substance, physiologically inert and aging-resistant; no breakage, cap detachment or leakage after a 1.2 m drop test. The outer jacket is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel; overall working temperature 180~250℃; pressure resistance ≤6MPa.
Uses:Used for sample pretreatment in chemical analysis methods such as gas phase, liquid phase, ICP-mass spectrometry, atomic absorption and atomic fluorescence spectrometry in laboratories of food, biology, geology, metallurgy, environmental protection, commodity inspection and chemical industries. It can be used for the determination of lead, copper, cadmium, zinc, calcium, manganese, iron, mercury and other elements. It can also serve as a high-temperature, high-pressure, corrosion-resistant, high-purity reaction vessel for organic synthesis, hydrothermal synthesis, crystal growth or sample digestion and extraction.
