Physical Properties:The main body is made of borosilicate glass 3.3, and the frame and connectors are made of stainless steel 304, offering excellent physical and chemical properties. It can be used over a temperature range of -80 to 200°C, and works under atmospheric pressure or vacuum with a vacuum degree up to below 0.095 MPa under static conditions. The jacket can be filled with cooling liquid, water or high-temperature liquid for heating and cooling the materials.
Uses:The inner layer of the double-layer glass reactor holds reaction materials, and the reactor can be evacuated and stirred at adjustable speeds. The jacket can be filled with cooling liquid, water or high-temperature liquid to heat or cool the materials. It is used in experiments, pilot tests and production in chemistry, fine chemicals, biopharmaceuticals and new material synthesis. It can be combined with water-circulating vacuum pumps, diaphragm vacuum pumps, low-temperature circulating pumps, recirculating coolers, thermostatic circulators, etc. to form a complete system.
