Physical Properties:GV-5H is a 50% glass-fibre reinforced, heat-stabilised polyamide 6I/X material with a density of approx. 1.56 g/cm³. It offers high strength and stiffness, excellent resistance to fuels, oils and chemicals, good heat resistance, dimensional stability and electrical insulating properties. It is suitable for injection moulding, especially for thin-wall precision automotive and electronic parts.
Uses:It is used in automotive fuel, transmission and engine system components to reduce weight, lower cost and extend service life. It is suitable for chip sets and sockets, chip capacitors, switches, micro-speakers and high-density printed circuit board connectors. It is also used in wear-critical applications such as unlubricated bearings, seals, bearing isolators, reciprocating compressor parts, as well as connectors, controllers, sensors, motors and other critical electronic components.
