Physical Properties:TPEE TX506 is a thermoplastic polyester elastomer with polybutylene terephthalate as hard segments and polyether as soft segments. It exhibits good elastic recovery, flex fatigue resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, and stable mechanical properties over a wide temperature range, with excellent high and low temperature performance and moderate hydrolysis resistance.
Uses:TPEE is mainly used in fields requiring shock absorption, impact resistance, flex fatigue resistance, sealing performance, elasticity, oil resistance, chemical resistance and sufficient strength, such as polymer modification, automotive parts, high- and low-temperature resistant wire jacketing, hydraulic hoses, shoe materials, and transmission belts. It is also used in rotationally molded tires, flexible couplings, silent gears, elevator guide rails, and anti-corrosion wear-resistant high- and low-temperature materials in chemical equipment pipes and valves.
