- 白色粉末或颗粒，密度约0.954 g/cm³。易燃，离火后能继续燃烧，火焰上端呈黄色，下端呈蓝色，燃烧时熔融并滴落，无黑烟冒出，有石蜡燃烧气味。耐酸碱、耐有机溶剂，电绝缘性优良，低温时仍能保持一定韧性。表面硬度、拉伸强度、刚性等机械强度均高于LDPE，接近PP，比PP韧，但表面光洁度不如PP。制品易带静电，表面易吸埃。熔点142℃，分解温度300℃，不吸水，成型前一般不需烘干。

Physical Properties:White powder or pellets with a density of about 0.954 g/cm³. Flammable and continues to burn after removal from the flame; the flame is yellow at the top and blue at the bottom. During combustion it melts and drips, emits no black smoke, and gives off a paraffin-like odor. Resistant to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. Excellent electrical insulation; retains a certain toughness at low temperatures. Surface hardness, tensile strength, rigidity and other mechanical properties are higher than LDPE and close to PP, tougher than PP but with lower surface gloss. Products tend to accumulate static electricity and attract dust. Melting point 142°C, decomposition temperature 300°C; non-hygroscopic and generally does not require drying before molding.
Uses:Suitable for injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and rotational molding. Can be used to produce various containers, industrial parts, medical supplies, toys, bottle caps, protective covers, hollow containers, pipes, stretched tapes, strapping bands, monofilaments, wire and cable sheaths, daily necessities and thin-walled food packaging.
