Uses:This purifier uses a catalyst to promote the reaction of trace oxygen in argon with carbon to form carbon dioxide, removing oxygen impurities, then molecular sieves adsorb H2O, CO2 and other impurities, and finally an alloy adsorbent removes N2 and other inert impurities to produce high-purity argon. It is compatible with direct-reading spectrometers, fluorescence spectrometers, glow discharge spectrometers, etc., improving the reliability and stability of analytical data while significantly reducing high-purity argon costs. It can also serve as a protective atmosphere for high-purity materials such as monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon, and high-purity metals.
