Physical Properties:Semicrystalline thermoplastic polyester elastomer combining rubber-like flexibility with plastic strength and thermoplastic processability. Density approx. 1.16 g/cm³, Shore D hardness 44, melting temperature approx. 185°C, excellent low-temperature flexibility, free of phthalate plasticizers, good chemical and oil resistance, and long flex fatigue life.
Uses:Primarily used for cable jackets and insulation in offshore wind and marine energy dynamic cables, drag chain cables, and robotic cables, providing outstanding flexural fatigue performance. Also suitable for truck jacketing, retractable cables, and flexible tubing and injection-molded parts requiring high resilience. Can be blended with PVC to improve softness, low-temperature flexibility, and oil resistance of PVC compounds.
