- Hytrel TPEE是一种含有PBT聚酯硬段和脂肪族聚酯或聚醚软段的线型嵌段共聚物，不使用增塑剂。兼具橡胶弹性和热塑性塑料易加工性，硬度邵氏D30-82，拉伸强度和模量高，耐磨耗性与TPU相当，低温柔顺性和耐疲劳性优异。具有良好的热稳定性，在120℃以上仍保持较高拉伸强度，短期可耐150-160℃烘漆温度，脆点低于-70℃，大部分牌号可在-40℃长期使用。耐油、耐大多数极性液体介质及有机溶剂，对燃油渗透性极低，仅为耐油橡胶的1/3-1/300；在水雾、臭氧和室外大气老化条件下化学稳定性优良，但紫外光下会降解，需添加UV防护助剂。

Physical Properties:Hytrel TPEE is a linear block copolymer containing PBT polyester hard segments and aliphatic polyester or polyether soft segments, and does not use plasticizers. It combines the elasticity of rubber with the easy processing of thermoplastics, with a Shore D hardness of 30-82, high tensile strength and modulus, abrasion resistance comparable to TPU, and excellent low-temperature flexibility and fatigue resistance. It has good thermal stability, maintains high tensile strength above 120°C, withstands short-term exposure to paint baking temperatures of 150-160°C, has a brittleness point below -70°C, and most grades can be used long-term at -40°C. It is resistant to oil, most polar liquid media, and organic solvents, with very low fuel permeability, only 1/3 to 1/300 that of oil-resistant rubber; it shows excellent chemical stability under water mist, ozone, and outdoor weathering, but degrades under UV light and requires UV protection additives.
Uses:Suitable for demanding applications in automotive, fluid power, electronics and electrical, consumer goods, power tools, sporting goods, furniture, industrial, and off-road transportation/equipment industries. It can be used to manufacture gears, rubber rollers, flexible couplings, belts, cantilever beam parts, torque-type parts, and high-temperature components under repeated cyclic loading.
