Physical Properties:Thermoplastic polyester elastomer with rubber-like elasticity and engineering plastic strength. Relative density approx. 1.15 g/cm³, melting temperature approx. 198°C, Shore D hardness 55, Vicat softening point approx. 130°C. Resistant to oils, chemicals, high and low temperatures, with a service temperature range of approx. -50°C to +150°C, and good electrical insulation. Long-term outdoor sunlight exposure requires UV protective additives, and it has a certain degree of hydrolysis susceptibility.
Uses:TPEE is mainly used in fields requiring damping, impact resistance, flexural resistance, sealing elasticity, oil resistance, chemical resistance, and sufficient strength, such as polymer modification, automotive parts, high- and low-temperature wire and cable jackets, hydraulic hoses, shoe materials, transmission belts, rotationally molded tires, flexible couplings, silencing gears, elevator slide rails, and anti-corrosion/wear-resistant high- and low-temperature materials in chemical equipment pipes and valves.
