Physical Properties:Thermoplastic crystalline polymer with a smooth, glossy surface, light yellow or white, high crystallinity (above 70%). Density 1.39-1.43 g/cm³, melting point about 175°C, long-term service temperature -40 to 100°C. It exhibits excellent mechanical properties such as strength, modulus, wear resistance, toughness, fatigue resistance and creep resistance, as well as good electrical insulation, solvent resistance and processability. Low water absorption and good dimensional stability. Not resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis and UV radiation.
Uses:Widely used for manufacturing various sliding and rotating mechanical parts such as gears, bearings, levers, pulleys; applicable in automotive components, electrical/electronic, instrumentation, chemical equipment, daily light industry and other fields, replacing some metal parts.
