Physical Properties:Polyether TPU is an elastomer between rubber and plastic, with a wide hardness range (Shore A60 to Shore D80), and remains flexible in a wide temperature range of -40 to 120°C without plasticizers. It has good resistance to mineral oils, animal and vegetable oils, lubricating oils and many solvents, as well as excellent weathering resistance and high-energy radiation resistance. It exhibits outstanding abrasion resistance, tear resistance and flex resistance, high tensile strength, high elongation at break, and low long-term compression set. Density is about 1.10-1.25 g/cm³.
Uses:Used in winter clothing and footwear, providing cold protection, warmth retention, waterproofness and breathability. Also used in hoses such as fire hose linings, oil delivery pipes and pneumatic hoses, shoe soles and sports shoe materials, wire and cable sheathing, watch straps, mechanical parts, coatings, adhesives and fibers.
