- 釜体采用316优质不锈钢，圆形榫槽密封，手动螺旋紧固；内衬为对位聚苯(PPL)，可选配聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)衬套。PPL内衬耐高温、热稳定性好、耐腐蚀、耐酸碱，自润滑性能优于二硫化钼和石墨，耐辐射，电性能良好。使用温度范围-200～+280℃，耐低温-196℃；升温、升压后可快速无损溶解常规条件下难以溶解的试样及含挥发性元素的试样。

Physical Properties:The vessel body is made of 316 high-quality stainless steel with circular mortise-tenon sealing and manual screw fastening. The lining is PPL (para-polyphenylene), with optional PTFE liner. The PPL liner has good high-temperature resistance, thermal stability, corrosion resistance, acid/alkali resistance, radiation resistance and electrical performance; its self-lubrication is superior to molybdenum disulfide and graphite. It can be used at -200 to +280°C and withstands -196°C. After heating and pressurizing, it rapidly and nondestructively dissolves samples that are difficult to dissolve under normal conditions, including samples containing volatile elements.
Uses:It is used for sample pretreatment in chemical analysis methods such as gas/liquid chromatography, ICP-MS, atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry, to digest pesticide residues, heavy metals and organic matter in food, geological, metallurgical, environmental protection, commodity inspection, chemical and nuclear industry systems. It can also serve as a high-temperature, high-pressure, corrosion-resistant high-purity reaction vessel for organic synthesis, hydrothermal synthesis, crystal growth, and sample digestion/extraction, and can replace platinum crucibles for dissolving high-purity alumina for trace element analysis. It is suitable for sample digestion before determination of heavy metals and trace elements such as Pb, Cu, Cd, Zn, Ca, Mn, Fe and Hg.
