Physical Properties:Thermoplastic polyester elastomer composed of polyester hard segments and polyether soft segments, combining rubber-like elasticity with engineering plastic strength. It features high resilience, excellent fatigue and creep resistance, a density of approximately 1.15-1.25 g/cm³, an operating temperature range of -50°C to 150°C, good resistance to oils and most chemicals, as well as excellent electrical insulation, abrasion resistance and processability.
Uses:Widely used in the automotive industry (airbag housings, bellows, dust covers), electronics and electrical appliances (wire and cable jackets, connectors), industrial equipment, sporting goods (shoe soles, ski boards), medical devices, tool accessories, home appliances, lighting fixtures and construction materials. Suitable for structural and elastic components requiring high elasticity, impact resistance and chemical resistance.
