Physical Properties:The sample solution is atomized by a two-fluid nozzle, and the droplets come into instant contact with hot air in the drying chamber, causing rapid evaporation of moisture. A cyclone separator collects the powder, while exhaust gas is discharged through an outlet filter. The droplet surface temperature remains low, so the active ingredients of heat-sensitive materials are preserved after drying. Suitable for aqueous solutions and organic solvents; the feed can be a solution, emulsion, suspension, paste, or melt.
Uses:Widely used in food, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, bioengineering, new materials, and new energy industries for spray drying of emulsions and suspensions. It is especially suitable for heat-sensitive samples such as biological products, biopesticides, enzyme preparations, and foods.
