- 密度1.4~1.7 g/cm³。熔融温度300~425℃，熔体粘度低、流动性好，线膨胀系数极小，尺寸稳定性好。具有高强度、高模量和自增强性，热稳定性、耐热性及耐化学药品性优良，耐磨减磨性能优异。耐气候性、耐辐射性良好，阻燃等级达UL94 V-0。电绝缘性能优良，介电强度高，耐电弧性良好。耐腐蚀性突出，在90%酸及50%碱中不受侵蚀，对工业溶剂、燃料油、洗涤剂及热水不溶解，不引起应力开裂。

Physical Properties:Density 1.4-1.7 g/cm³. Melting temperature 300-425°C, low melt viscosity with good flowability, extremely low coefficient of linear expansion and excellent dimensional stability. High strength, high modulus and self-reinforcing property; excellent thermal stability, heat resistance and chemical resistance; outstanding wear and friction resistance. Good weatherability and radiation resistance; flame retardancy rated UL94 V-0. Excellent electrical insulation with high dielectric strength and good arc resistance. Outstanding corrosion resistance, unaffected by 90% acid or 50% alkali; not dissolved by industrial solvents, fuel oil, detergents or hot water, and no stress cracking.
Uses:Used in high-temperature electrical/electronic equipment, capable of withstanding SMT assembly processes including lead-free reflow soldering; applied in microwave oven containers, printed circuit boards, satellite electronic components, jet engine parts, automotive mechanical parts and medical devices. With high fillers, it serves as integrated circuit encapsulation material, replacing epoxy resin for coil bobbin encapsulation; also used for optical fiber cable connector sheaths and high-strength components, and as replacement for ceramics in chemical separation tower packing. Blended with polysulfone, PBT, polyamide and other plastics to form alloys, it can replace glass fiber reinforced plastics with improved mechanical strength, service strength and chemical stability.
