Physical Properties:Colorless transparent pellets with a density of approximately 0.925 g/cm³ and a melting point of about 100°C. It exhibits excellent thermal stability, weather resistance, and low-temperature toughness, along with good adhesion to aluminum foil, nylon, EVOH, PE, PP, and other substrates.
Uses:Used as a tie layer in multi-layer co-extruded barrier films for structures such as PE/EVOH/PA/PE and PE/PET/aluminum foil, solving delamination between polar and non-polar layers while enhancing barrier properties and retort resistance. It is also applied in the inner layer of lithium battery aluminum-plastic film to bond aluminum foil with nylon/PP, and for engineering plastic modification to toughen PA/PP/ABS/PBT/PET alloys and improve low-temperature impact resistance.
