Physical Properties:Lupoy SC3154 is a bisphenol A-based polycarbonate (PC) resin and an amorphous thermoplastic material with excellent overall performance. It features high refractive index, good processability and heat dissipation with uniform heat distribution, and achieves UL94 V-0 flame retardancy without additives. This grade offers excellent appearance, dimensional stability, chemical resistance and toughness. It withstands high temperatures up to 125°C and low temperatures down to -40°C, and provides self-extinguishing, flame-retardant and colorable properties.
Uses:It is suitable for electrical and electronic applications (e.g., CDs, switches, appliance housings, enclosures, connectors and relay parts), as well as automotive components, industrial parts, optical lighting, precision parts, machinery, medical devices, construction and textile fields. This general-purpose PC grade is particularly suited for electrical/electronic parts requiring good appearance, dimensional stability and toughness.
