Density about 1.14 g/cm³, melting point about 220°C, soluble in strong polar solvents such as concentrated sulfuric acid and formic acid, insoluble in common organic solvents.
Uses:Used for manufacturing cooling fans, door handles, fuel tank caps and other parts in transportation equipment; connectors, switch housings, wire coatings in electronics and electrical appliances; industrial parts such as gears, bearings, power tool housings; as well as textiles, construction, daily necessities, and fishing nets.
