Physical Properties:Translucent or opaque milky-white crystalline polymer with thermoplasticity, light weight, good toughness, chemical resistance and durability. It has a relatively low melting point (approximately 220°C) and a wide processing temperature range. Its impact resistance and solvent resistance are better than those of PA66, but it has stronger moisture absorption. The molding shrinkage is 1%-1.5% without additives and can be reduced to about 0.3% with glass fiber reinforcement.
Uses:Widely used in the manufacture of bearings, gears, cams, pulleys, pump impellers, fan blades, worms, screws, nuts, gaskets, high-pressure sealing rings, oil-resistant sealing gaskets, oil-resistant containers, cable sheaths, automotive fuel pipes, pistons, transmission belts and other industrial components. Also used in textile machinery parts, daily necessities and packaging films.
