Physical Properties:Milky white crystalline polymer with a density of about 1.14 g/cm³, melting point of 215-225°C, equilibrium water absorption of about 2.5%, and good chemical resistance and heat resistance.
Uses:Widely used in the automotive industry and industrial fields for manufacturing bearings, gears, cams, pulleys, pump impellers, fan blades, screws, nuts, gaskets, high-pressure sealing rings, oil delivery pipes, transmission belts and other mechanical parts, as well as cable sheathing, daily necessities and films.
Technical Specifications:
Complies with REACH standards, passes RoHS certification, resistant to chemicals and heat.
Drying: when moisture content exceeds 0.2%, drying in hot air above 80°C for 16 hours is recommended; if exposed to air for more than 8 hours, vacuum drying at 105°C for more than 8 hours is recommended.
Melting temperature: 230-280°C, and 250-280°C for reinforced grades.
Mold temperature: 80-90°C; for wall thickness over 3 mm, 20-40°C is recommended, and for glass fiber reinforced materials, mold temperature should be above 80°C.
