Physical Properties:PA6 is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymer with a good overall balance of mechanical properties. It exhibits excellent toughness under standard humidity conditions, along with outstanding flexibility and impact resistance at low temperatures. It has excellent chemical and oil resistance, as well as superior friction and wear resistance. It features low gasoline permeability and good gas barrier properties, together with good dimensional stability and excellent flexural fatigue characteristics. It has relatively high moisture absorption, with a long-term continuous service temperature of approximately 80-150°C. Nearly all grades meet UL Standard 94V-0 flammability ratings. Glass fiber reinforced grades exhibit particularly outstanding elastic modulus and strength.
Uses:Suitable for injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and other processing methods. Available in various grades including unreinforced, reinforced, flame-retardant, friction/wear-resistant, high-impact, film, monofilament and blow-molding grades. Widely used in automotive components, electronic and electrical parts, mechanical parts, films and packaging materials.
