Physical Properties:PA6 is a semi-transparent or opaque milky white crystalline polymer with a density of about 1.14 g/cm³ and a melting point of 215–225°C. It exhibits excellent mechanical strength, wear resistance, self-lubrication and chemical corrosion resistance, but has relatively high water absorption and slightly poor dimensional stability.
Uses:General-grade PA6 is widely used to manufacture mechanical parts, electronic and electrical components, automotive parts and daily necessities; pipe-grade PA6 is used for automotive fuel pipes, hydraulic hoses and pneumatic tubing; profile-grade PA6 can be extruded into rods, sheets, tubes and other industrial profiles, applied in wear-resistant guides, gears, bearings and other engineering components.
