- 半透明或不透明的乳白色结晶聚合物，受紫外光照射会发出紫白色或蓝白色光。机械强度高，耐应力开裂性好，耐磨性优异，自润滑性优良，耐热性较好，属自熄性材料。化学稳定性好，尤其耐油性优异，但易溶于苯酚、甲酸等极性溶剂。加碳黑可提高耐候性；吸水性大，尺寸稳定性差。成型加工性好，可用于注塑、挤出、吹塑、喷涂、浇铸成型、机械加工、焊接、粘接等。

Physical Properties:Semi-transparent or opaque milky white crystalline polymer that emits purplish-white or bluish-white light under UV irradiation. It has high mechanical strength, excellent resistance to stress cracking, outstanding wear resistance, good self-lubrication, and good heat resistance. It is inherently flame-retardant. It has good chemical stability, especially excellent oil resistance, but is readily soluble in polar solvents such as phenol and formic acid. Adding carbon black improves weatherability. It has high water absorption and poor dimensional stability. It has good processability and can be formed by injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, spraying, casting, machining, welding, and bonding.
Uses:Widely used in machinery, instruments, automotive parts, electronics, electrical appliances, railways, home appliances, telecommunications, textile machinery, sports and leisure goods, oil pipes, fuel tanks, and precision engineering products. Typical applications include connectors, spools, radiator fans, door handles, fuel tank caps, switch housings, chair seats, bicycle rims, skateboard bases, textile shuttles, and pedals.
