Physical Properties:Density approx. 1.14 g/cm³, melting point approx. 260°C. It exhibits excellent chemical resistance, oil resistance and wear resistance, with water absorption of about 2.5%–3.0%. Containing 5% glass fiber reinforcement and UV stabilizers, it has good rigidity and weatherability, better dimensional stability than unreinforced PA66, and excellent electrical insulation.
Uses:Mainly used in automotive parts, industrial applications, daily necessities, clothing, toys, building materials and other fields. Especially suitable for injection molded parts requiring high weatherability and dimensional stability, such as automotive interior components, electrical housings and mechanical parts.
