Physical Properties:PA66 rod has good mechanical properties, heat resistance, wear resistance, chemical resistance and self-lubrication, with low friction coefficient, HB flame retardant rating, and easy processability. It has good toughness, high tensile and compressive strength, and can work long-term in the range of -60°C to +100°C. Compared with nylon 6, it has better mechanical strength, stiffness, heat resistance, wear resistance and creep resistance, but slightly lower impact strength and mechanical damping performance, making it very suitable for automatic lathe machining.
